I am a creative producer, entrepreneur, and manager in creative industries (MA in Cultural Management, the University of Manchester). Since 2011,
I have been developing educational programs for creative entrepreneurs and helping startups to reach new markets.
In 2013, I became the director of the Creative Industries Agency which was the first agency for developing creative industries in Russia. For more than 8 years, I have been helping creative start-ups take part in international events and get ready for investor pitch decks.
In 2015, I founded my own creative business in Poland. I know firsthand about the difficulties of tackling a new market.
In 2016, I was offered the position of Head of the Department of Urban Environment at the Skolkovo Innovation Center, where I organized more than 50 programs for creative entrepreneurs.
Since 2019 I live in Germany, developing projects in creative industries in the European context together with Creative Business Network. , and mentoring team leaders and entrepreneurs.
